I also read your part about Disney incorrectly...

The copyright status of
Panic doesn't matter as it's included in the file along with
Drive-In Massacre. However, I think
Panic isn't PD because if it's
this, it was made in the Philippines where copyright length is
lifetime of the author + 50 years, and covered by GATT.

There is a movie called Panic in Shocker, but the link to the other movie called Panic created in 1982 is a different film entirely. So it would appear you were talking about that one...?
